The Brazilian Surface Treatment Association – ABTS,through call for papers, has opened an opportunity of presenting one or more technical or scientific papers in a poster session at EBRATS 2012 – BRAZILIAN SURFACE TREATMENT EXHIBITION, jointly taking place with LATIN AMERICAN INTERFINISH, an event authorized by IUSF – International Union for Surface Finishing, held on April 11 to 13, 2012, at EXPO Center Norte, in São Paulo.
Having been held over the last thirty years, the Brazilian Encounter and Exhibition on Surface Treatment are traditionally known as the main Brazilian forum in the surface treatment field.
The fact of being held jointly with the 3rd LATIN AMERICAN INTERFINISH strengthens even more how import this event is and its international approach. The main purpose of this event is to present papers written in Portuguese, Spanish and English to thousands of technicians and businessmen who will attend the event.
Every author of the approved paper will be charged R$150.00 for their registration in the Exhibition. In case the main author of the paper cannot participate, one of his co-authors can be previously and formally delegated as his representative.
Showing the event’s importance in this field,
more than 100 works were received by the Technical Commission which proceeded to analyze and approve the papers comprising the Proceedings of the event and also choose some paper to be orally presented. Among these papers, the best one will receive the “
Engineer Gerhard Ett Award”.
